We are looking for a CVP Assistant (Corporate Vice President) to support the CVP of Portfolio Strategy Unit. We work across many areas in Novo Nordisk and if you want to be part of a global team and you thrive with providing excellent executive level administrative support and is motivated by a dynamic environment, then this might be the job for you.

About The Department

As Personal Assistant you will report to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of the Portfolio Strategy Unit (PSU) and be part of the Leadership Team. PSU is a newly established CVP area that is anchored in the Commercial Strategy and Corporate Affairs EVP area. We consist of five teams engaged with key strategic responsibilities: Portfolio Strategy, Portfolio optimisation, Launch Office, Device Strategy & Marketing and Portfolio Insights & Forecasting. Our aim is to maximise the commercial competitiveness of the Novo Nordisk product portfolio across Therapy Areas by crafting clear strategies, solve for complex portfolio dilemmas, steer launch excellence, set commercial direction for R&D and develop long-term forecasts.

The Job

In the role as a CVP Assistant, you are offered a challenging and exciting position. Your key area of responsibility will be to support with scheduling, meeting planning, meeting minutes, travel and other ad hoc tasks. Furthermore, your job tasks will include budget management, team building and staffing support, stakeholder management and communication with internal/external vendors etc. You will be a member of the Leadership team and ensure that meetings and offsites are successfully planned and executed.

We Expect You To

Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience within administration.

  • Have strong communicational skills.
  • Be driving administrative processes and budgeting.
  • Be IT savvy. You are highly skilled in MS Office, Excel, Power Point.
  • Communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English and Danish at business level.
  • Thrive with change and experimentation.

You hold the above-mentioned qualifications and you perform your job by using excellent collaboration skills. It is an advantage if you have experience working with different stakeholders in HQ, affiliates and external agencies and possess personal skills.

You are confident when preparing meeting material, presentations and internal communication. You are good with systems and have flair for IT and financial controlling. You work independently and are used to think steps ahead of all others and secure often complex coordination. To be successful in this position you must also be efficient with calendar- and meeting coordination, be great with people and easy to approach.

On a personal level, you are curious, well organised and a proactive problem solver. Last but not least, you manage to commit yourself at all levels of the organisation and take pride in maintaining the confidentiality that is a given nature of the position.
