Are you an experienced project manager ready for a next step in an innovative environment? Do you have expertise within implementing new filling lines for aseptic production? Are you interested in working with modern technology? Then you could be our new Senior Project Manager for implementing a new isolator filling line in the Aseptic Pilot Plan (APP) in CMC.
The position
As the Senior Project Manager, you will head the team of work package owners that is responsible for the different tracks in implementing the isolator filling line, which already has been ordered. During the next phases you will also head the supplier contact and the installation, as well as participating in validation planning and operational readiness.

As Senior Project Manager you have high disciplinary competences and can self-lead. As a team player you succeed in leading and instructing others with a can-do attitude. You thrive in an innovative environment with challenges and optimisation, and collaborating with international colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers.
On a personal level you are structured and result oriented. You are excellent in communicating and it is natural for you to connect with colleagues at all levels in the organisation. You are fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken.
About the department
In APP our most important task is to ensure that drug product is available on time, in the right quality and the right quantity for Novo Nordisk development projects. The department is responsible for all processes needed for running an aseptic production. APP is responsible for drug product production for phase 1 and 2 trials and have the production responsibility for outsourced production for phase 3 trials. The approx. 70 people in APP are all located at Novo Nordisk site Måløv.
APP is a part of Clinical Supplies which resides in CMC Development (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control) in Novo Nordisk R&ED. Clinical Supplies consists of 5 departments highly dependent on each other to deliver. Collaboration and curiosity are behavioural values in high focus.

The position
As the Senior Project Manager, you will head the team of work package owners that is responsible for the different tracks in implementing the isolator filling line, which already has been ordered. During the next phases you will also head the supplier contact and the installation, as well as participating in validation planning and operational readiness.
Furthermore, you will:
- handle project manager activities such as taking part in setting and communicating clear goals and purpose for the project.
- have a clear understanding of stakeholder management as a critical component to the successful delivery of a project.
- be responsible for planning and following up on work package deliverables, timeline planning, and quality.
- responsible for assuring effective use of time and resources.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- a relevant academic degree and 5+ years of strong project management experience
- experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing process (is seen as an advantage) or experience from implementing new production equipment like filling lines.
