The position
As Strategy Partner you are responsible for the long-term balancing of our Supply/Demand (S/D) network for our Oral production platform, focusing on the strategic horizon (3 to 10 years). Your work contributes to the overall production strategy for Product Supply and is essential in supporting the overall Novo Nordisk strategy. You analyse the production impact of changing 10-year forecasts and market impact and uncertainties, maintain production capacities, and assist in adjusting the current and future production set-up to support the planning of production capacities and investment decisions in Product Supply.
You act as a trusted partner to senior management and collaborate closely with business support units, the supply chain organisation, production sites, Manufacturing & Development, and colleagues in the commercial organisation.

Qualifications
You are an ambitious and motivated professional or specialist with a master’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field. You can break down complex situations, problems, and issues into practical solutions via close collaboration with the team. You possess excellent stakeholder management skills, have an open and curious approach to your work and can clearly convey information and ideas to colleagues and management and can proactively support Supply Chain related decision-making.
You thrive in being a strong representative of your domain of expertise and proactively apply your knowledge to secure continuous improvement of our deliverables. In addition, you likely have the following achievements:
Furthermore, you are fluent in spoken and written English.

The position

You are responsible for:
- Being Supply Chain platform owner and active co-developer of the strategic plans for our oral production setup with your key stakeholders
- Strategy Partner to PS OFP (Oral Finished Production), supporting senior management with the platform strategy for their production areas
- Being involved in strategic activities and projects related to the oral production platform across Product Supply and Novo Nordisk
Qualifications
You are an ambitious and motivated professional or specialist with a master’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field. - 3+ years of experience from operational, tactical, or long-term planning or experience within consultancy, commercial or R&D function and is interested in deploying your knowledge in a production context
- Super-user in Office and perhaps Alteryx, Tableau and PowerApps
- History of working in a large company within the life science industry
Furthermore, you are fluent in spoken and written English.
