As a Strategy Partner you will work in a strategy network of strategic business partners on driving the strategic agenda in the SVP (Senior Vice President) area Emerging Technologies (ET). This includes translating corporate strategy to our business unit, collaborating on senior management deliverables as well as analyzing internal and external data to guide decision making that will set the direction for future growth. The main tasks will be:
• Managing strategic projects
• Providing insights to key stakeholder work
• Identifying, developing and implementing business initiatives to support the overall strategic goals
• Following up on actions and creating presentation materials You will be a proactive member of ET Business Development & Support and the wider group, including Strategic Business Partners, where cross-organizational collegial sparring and cooperation is a natural part of the daily work. The position offers frequent senior management interaction and the opportunity to impact how well the organization is prepared for the many future opportunities and challenges. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Business Administration, Strategy, Management, Economics, or similar
• 2-3 years of experience in a general business support role or as a management consultant
• Ability to transform analysis into clear and impactful communication
• Project management experience
• Fluency in English
Having a proven track record of taking lead on complex tasks and projects would be seen as an advantage.
As a person you are a dedicated team-player with a genuine interest in understanding other’s perspectives, while not being afraid of challenging status quo. You have a solid business understanding and the ability to conceptualize and drive strategic thinking. You naturally build a strong cross-organizational network and secure learning across interfaces. You are able to process and combine complex information from multiple sources to guide and influence strategic decision making. About the department
Emerging Technologies (ET) is a newly established SVP (Senior Vice President) area in Novo Nordisk and is responsible for handling both the oral drug product portfolio as well as incoming products and novel production platforms. As Strategy Partner, you will be part of ET Business Development & Support, covering strategic management support and cross-functional projects across the SVP area. We are looking for an ambitious colleague with an open and curious mind-set and willingness to expand competencies into new areas.
