About the department
Obesity Strategy & Projects team is a newly created Vice President area providing strategic leadership for current and future projects/products in the obesity therapy areas worldwide, accountable for commercial project management and portfolio strategies for the therapy area with the biggest growth potential over the period for Novo Nordisk. You will be reporting to the Vice President of CagriSema Project. The position
As our Personal Assistant, you can expect that you will be supporting a part of the Leadership Team in close collaboration with the existing Personal Assistant. Your task will, among others, include:
  • Calendar planning and coordination as well as meeting preparation and follow-up.
  • Travel arrangements as well as Concur expense report.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • Helping with coordination and logistics on various projects.
  • Assists with recruitment and lead the onboarding of new employees.
  • Plan and drive team off-sites as well as other team events and activities.
  • Furthermore, you will ensure and assist with compliance for the Vice President area as well as various ad hoc administrative and practical tasks. Qualifications
    It is important to us that you are devoted to the administrative role and passionate about delivering the best possible support to your colleagues. You enjoy solving administrative tasks with great efficiency and a sense of detail with a structured and systematic way of working. In order to succeed in this role, we imagine that you:
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience from a similar position.
  • Have proven coordination- and organisational skills.
  • Can communicate effortlessly in English, both written and verbally, at a business level.
  • Furthermore, you are service-minded, and you know how to provide great support and thrive as a go-to person. You possess a proactive- and can-do attitude, work independently and are used to thinking steps ahead in order to secure complex coordination.
