Product and Process Scientist in Diabetes Finished Products

Do you want to play an important role in supporting all Novo Nordisk’s production sites providing high quality, world leading diabetes products? The department
Our department, Site Support and Improvements, is part of Manufacturing Development which again is a part of the Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) organization. In Manufacturing Development, we have the expert knowledge of our products that is needed to support the sites. It is also our responsibility to train the sites and maintain working procedures to make sure that all our sites are aligned.
Apart from supporting the daily production on Novo Nordisk’s global diabetes production sites, our main focus is to provide support during product transfer and upscale projects.

The position
As Professional in the Product and Process support team you will be working closely together with the DFP production sites. You will be supporting them in solving process and product related issues and optimizing production. Since we are working in an international environment the support could either be provided on site, through virtual meetings or by email.
Besides the production sites, your stakeholders also include Quality assurance, Regulatory affairs, filling specialists and Quality Control laboratory.

Approximately 0-10 travel days per year can be expected.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate hold a relevant scientific degree e.g. within pharmacy and have at least two years of experience with stability or formulation processes either from production or development. Furthermore, the candidate has a general understanding of cGMP, validation and good documentation practice.
Additionally it is expected that the candidate has a structured approach, can handle several tasks at a time, possesses strong communication skills and is fluent in English written as well as spoken.
