Are you ready to join a team of dedicated recruiters, committed to ensure that Novo Nordisk attracts and hires the right people – quickly, thoroughly and effectively? Then join us for a period of 12 exciting months where we will be working on changing our delivery model for recruitment across Novo Nordisk globally.
About the department
We work out of our offices in Bagsværd, but many of our activities are linked to production facilities, offices or laboratories in Måløv, Kalundborg, Gentofte or one of our many other sites, and therefore your presence may be needed there several times a week. You will be part of a great team of recruiters with a wide variety of backgrounds, but with a passion for recruitment making sure that the right jobs find the right people at the right time.
About the job
Your main responsibility as our new recruitment consultant will be to drive the process for the recruitments you are assigned to in collaboration with hiring managers and other talent acquisition colleagues. You have the responsibility for the entire process, and you are expected to be ready to follow our procedures, challenge when necessary and be an ambassador for Talent Acquisition wherever you go.
We are currently transforming our delivery model across Novo Nordisk globally, and together with your colleagues you will be responsible for driving this change forward in a positive and collaborative way – also when you face challenges and obstacles along the way.
You will be expected to perform independently, creating lasting trustful relations to hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area – in a diverse and complex organisation. At the same time, you need to be able to collaborate as our new delivery model requires you to work closely together with both sourcers and administrative colleagues.
While changing the delivery model for recruitments, we are also changing the way we think about recruitment. Thus, you will be expected to apply your analytical skills and advise hiring managers based on data, facts and innovative ideas – ensuring that both candidate and hiring manager experience is excellent.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or similar. You already have a few years of recruiting experience and you are familiar with various assessment methods. A certification in People Test System is an advantage.
Your drive makes it natural for you to drive different and sometimes complex processes and reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve accomplishing your goals. You have an analytical mind-set and knows how to use it to create outstanding results. You are not afraid of trying something new and you come up with creative solutions to ensure that we always reach our goals. In addition to that, you are positive and likes working in a dynamic and changing environment.
Fluency in Danish and English is a requirement.
We expect you to have a driver’s licence and access to a car as you will be driving between our sites several times a week.
