If so, you may be our new recruitment specialist. This is a new role, and you will join our growing Global people team of eight amazing colleagues. Ambu is on tremendous growth journey and therefor is recruitment a key priority for us.
You will be based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup and report to the Global VP of HR. You work closely with hiring managers across the organization at all levels as well as external stakeholders.

Your Responsibility
To succeed as an organization we need to recruit, onboard and upskill talented people. This means that you have a key position at Ambu steering the recruitment process from A-Z. and thereby finding the right talent as well as ensuring future recruitments through talent pipelining and employer branding activities.
You will secure professional recruitment, with primary focus on:
• Understanding the role, team and manager that you are recruiting for
• Driving the recruitment funnel, from sourcing to interview and hire
• Ensuring diversity and inclusion in our hiring process
• Implementing employer branding activities including career fairs and in-house events
• Improving and implementing global recruitment processes and enabling training of managers
• Using data and software tools to ensure that we work smarter in the digital world
You liaise with hiring managers and candidates providing an exceptional candidate and customer experience for both parties.
Your Background
To succeed in this position, you are passionate about recruitment and finding the right match between job and candidate. It is a requirement that you have +2 years’ experience with recruitment and employer branding, which has given you solid experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms. You may hold a certificate in an assessment tool, if not we will get you certified in SHL which we use at Ambu.
You hold a relevant education on a master’s level (e.g. Cand.merc.HRM or similar). In addition, it is an advantage if you have worked in a regulated industry like Life Science or medical device.
As a person, you are positive, cooperative, energetic and a self-starter. You have a clear business understanding and a commercial mind-set. You are able to deliver on short term activities e.g. recruitments but at the same time you are also able to use your analytical skills to ensure that we succeed in the long run. You have strong communicational skills and are able to influence others.
As Ambu is a global company, it is key that you master the English in speech and writing and that you have a global mind-set in relation to both colleagues and business opportunities. For this position, it is also required that you are able to speak Danish fluently.
