As Scrum master in the HR Technology team you will lead and facilitate the Agile team to efficient delivery and coaching. You will keep track of and help solve impediments and escalate if necessary as well as helping the agile team manage their progress via transparent backlog. You will use your strong background in HR Technology and Workday / Cornerstone technologies to navigate and support our global transition.

With your energetic, passionate, and ambitious personality as well as the ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer you understand the “why” behind the technical part of a solution and will help translate between the People Function and Technology. You will act as a role model for the agile methodologies and believe in continuous learning and practice every day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding and coaching scrum teams on how to apply agile values and principles
  • Working closely with the Product Owners to ensure product backlog is visible and prioritized to-wards business value
  • Facilitating various Scrum ceremonies
  • Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
  • Protecting the development team from outside influences and remove impediments
  • Empowering the team to be self-organized and building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be addressed without judgment – and with focus on finding solutions together
  • Assisting with internal and external communication and improving transparency
  • Facilitating longer term planning and readiness
  • Participate in inter-team cooperation aligning and planning with the other Scrum Masters in the HR Technology space to secure and enable all teams with transparent communication and to foster relationships with all teams

We are looking for someone who is characterized by:

A compassionate and focused leader, with a background in HR Technology

Supports transition of project from legacy system to the new and lead the team.

Being a strong Agile coach and change agent - progressively challenging the team to continuously improve

Servant leadership mindset

Good understanding of product and sprint backlog tracking, burn down metrics, and velocity

High emotional Intelligence (self-awareness, motivation, empathy, and social skills)

Ability to facilitate, coach and guide through influence, inspiration, collaboration and teamwork

Ability to listen and communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a global company with multi location teams

And who has the following experience and qualifications:

Experience working with HR and technologies like ServiceNow, Workday, Cornerstone

Prior working experience within startup or incubation stage of project in an agile environment and leading the team.

Certified scrum master/SAFe DevOps

Proficient in the use of Agile delivery tools – Jira & Confluence

Experience working with HR and technologies like ServiceNow, Workday, Cornerstone, SAP HR, Azure DevOps is an advantage

Experience of working with multi-location teams and in large organizations

Excellent in English language both in written & verbal communications
