We are looking for new colleagues in our Air Assets Category Management team. As Category manager for Aircraft Asset Services you will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to enable our ambitious growth ambitions in the Air Product.

Your area of responsibility includes:

  • Establish the Air Asset Category Management team as the single point of contact for Procurement and ensure effective communication across different Procurement Teams to align efforts
  • Develop and implement a playbook to standardise procurement processes and enable scalability
  • Conduct an in-depth procurement analysis and baselining for relevant Air Asset Categories
  • Implement a standardised contract framework for Air Service Categories
  • Develop and align with the Air Product organisation stakeholders on category strategies
  • Build and maintain partnerships with relevant key suppliers
  • Act as Project Manager, Procurement Consultant, Communicator and Bridge Builder
  • Build engagement and ensure alignment on procurement procedures and platforms
  • Act as change agent, for organisational, business and process transformation
  • As the organisation develops you should expect to transition into a Team Lead role for the Air Asset Services and Spare Parts team

Who we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years experience in category management preferably in the air industry
  • Are capable of getting stakeholder buy-in and alignment to standard processes and best practice
  • Are a team player with experience in working in global teams.
  • Have a structured approach to work and ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Have strong project management experience
  • Have proven analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Are a self-starter and capable of working independently
  • Have the ability to influence without authority and strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships at all organizational levels
  • Have demonstrated experience in successfully implementing change in complex organizations.
  • Are international in your mind-set supported by high level of proficiency and confidence in spoken and written English
