Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior People Partner for Maersk Air Cargo. An individual who can help drive and coordinate HR & People responsibilities and concepts in close collaboration with the three HR functions for Maersk Air Cargo, Star Air Crew & Training and Maersk Air Crew & Training - as well as with the leadership of these three entities.
The person will be responsible for driving the HR & People transformation towards general Maersk HR practices, concepts and tools with the aim of integrating and ensuring alignment and standardisation.
Overall responsibility for Maersk Air Cargo HR and coordination of and with a team of 3-4 HR Administrators. The responsibility includes involvement in or support of complex labour agreements, recruitment, employment contracts and administrative HR. The further responsibilities pertain to developing increased focus on people development, growth, engagement and organisational development - focus areas that are to be driven in close alignment with Maersk HR & People functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as senior People partner driving people and leadership development
- Coordinate and implement HR & People strategies and concepts

- Ensure focus on people development, growth, engagement and organisational development
- Engage in labour agreements, works councils and support operational and administrative HR activities
- Drive and support recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers
- Drive engagement with leaders, teams and individuals across the organisation
- Support and coach individuals and teams in developing personally and professionally

About Maersk Air Cargo
Maersk Air Cargo A/S, a subsidiary of A.P. Møller Maersk, offers air cargo transport solutions serving the logistics needs of its clients. Besides being the inhouse operating arm for Maersk’s airfreight activities, deploying and operating a fleet of own controlled freighters, Maersk Air Cargo supports customers within the express parcel industry with dedicated aircraft capacity and operations on wet-lease basis. Maersk Air Cargo is currently operating a fleet of fifteen B767 aircraft, and in addition a further six B767 freighters plus two B777 freighters are being added to the fleet.
Maersk Air Cargo A/S was established in 2022 and is the result of the then Maersk in-house air operator; Star Air A/S, which transferred the activities into Maersk Air Cargo - building on 40 years of heritage as an air cargo operator.
