Do you have a natural understanding and interest in technical systems and do you want to work with support of BMS systems in a highly specialized pharmaceutical factory – then here is your chance.
We are currently looking for a person with technical background to take up a vacant position working with production, support and projects in a GMP production.
About the department
Utility Support is a team in the Aseptic Support Department and is responsible for the production and supply of all clean utilities, e.g. sterile water, steam and ventilation, to the aseptic production facility in Bagsværd. In addition to supply of utilities we also handle monitoring of the facility through our HVAC, FMS and BMS systems, which the vacant position will focus on.
The team comprises 13 highly skilled and experienced colleagues, who will gladly help and train you in the new job. Daily team tasks cover production support and project activities within areas such as aseptic production, repair and maintenance, project and change documentation and deviations handling.
The Job
As BMS supporter you will join our team and take on responsibility and tasks in both the technical and process part of the BMS system. On a daily basis your tasks will be optimization, improvements and problem solving as well as securing that our production facility is always ready and compliant to produce according to the cGMP requirements which are standard in pharmaceutical production.
Involvement in both production and projects means that there will be a huge variation in the job tasks and that flexibility is a necessary skill in order to succeed. In addition to this you need to be motivated to drive processes and improvements across the organisation. Collaboration with colleagues in other departments across the factory, e.g. QA and Production, and at all levels will be part of the job, and a prerequisite in this is that you are fluent in Danish. You will also be the contact to and handle coordination with external consultants working on improvements and projects within the BMS system.
Working in the pharmaceutical industry documentation is and important task, and in addition to practical BMS tasks it will also be in this job, meaning that you will write standard operation procedures, perform validations and document changes and deviations.
Qualifications
Preferably you have solid technical understanding and an educational background within a technical area like general engineering, electrical engineering or solid BMS work experience with subsequent education.
You should have a natural interest and experience in technical installations, sensor monitoring and BMS systems, but also be able to see how other technical areas influences this, and hence see the link between e.g. BMS and IT/HVAC.
You will need to be able to work on several tasks in a dynamic and changing environment and take necessary decisions without compromising product quality or working environment.
As a person you work structured and with a quality mind-set, both on your own and in groups.
Previous experience from GMP and pharmaceutical production will be an advantage.
