SAFe Product Manager

Then you might be our next SAFe Product Manager ready to drive our hearing instrument fitting software to the next level for the benefit of our customers globally.
A central role in our product definition
As SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework®) Product Manager for our fitting software solutions, you will be a driver in the definition of the features enriching the digital experiences for hearing care professionals. The base is the PC fitting software platform which the hearing care professional uses to adjust the hearing instrument to the needs of the individual user.
In your daily work, you will interact with internal and external stakeholders, and you take the role of SAFe® Product Manager driving the definition of new features in the fitting software. You understand the customer needs and ensure that what we deliver is of highest possible value for them. You can look forward to a wide range of challenging tasks and, in short, you will be involved in:
- Ensuring that we have the necessary understanding of customer needs, market trends and competitors
- Defining valuable fitting software features based on customer and hearing instrument understanding
- Close cooperation with new hearing instruments development
- Manage and prioritize the flow of work towards our Agile development teams
- SAFe Agile Release Train events preparation and execution
- Close cooperation with Marketing and Quality departments
- Safeguarding that fitting software solutions that are easy and intuitive to use
You should expect up to 20 days of travel activities each year.

Your profile
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong understanding of the world of hearing healthcare, ideally experience as a hearing care professional. You have good understanding of audiology and can discuss and agree solutions with colleagues that are highly competent within the area.
Strong customer centric focus and constant focus on the entire value chain. An intrinsic motivation for teamwork, willingness to learn and a can-do-attitude will give you a head start. As we are a network-based organization, you thrive with stakeholder management and can communicate and interact on all levels of the organization. To become a success in you new position, we expect you to possess several of the following skills and qualifications:
- Educational background in audiology e.g., Clinical audiologist
- Interest in Customer centric software solutions
- Passionate about technology and digital tools
- Keen interest in stakeholder management and a solid ability to manage prioritizations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Ability to interpret market needs and a motivation to build and provide customers with user friendly solutions
- Preferably experienced in Scaled Agile Framework SAFe®
Preferably + 3 years of relevant experience working in hearing care industry or experience with other medical devices, IT user-based development & design or hearing solutions
