The position is within the Consumer division of Nilfisk who services consumers through off- and on-line retailers predominantly in Europe. The main product lines are high-pressure washers and vacuum cleaners.

Reporting to the ‘VP Sales & Marketing, Consumer’ we are looking for a highly driven marketeer who loves all aspects of marketing but with a particular strong passion for the moment-of-truth, whether it’s in-store or on-line. The Global Marketing Manager, Consumer is responsible for all Consumer marketing activities from strategy, planning, execution and tracking of results. The position is based at the Nilfisk HQ in Brøndby whereas direct team members are located across Europe.

Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree within Marketing and has at least 7-10 years of experience from international corporations. Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and characteristics:

- Grow and develop the marketing team of 4 people
- Establish a strong partnership with all markets
- Securing effective marketing production and execution in relation to all consumer and customer touch points
- Develop effective campaigns, newsletters, brochures, packaging and POS materials
- Take our digital execution to the next level
- Manage the relationship with agencies and suppliers externally and internally
- Run category projects with key customers
- Responsibility for the Consumer marketing budget
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree within Marketing and has at least 7-10 years of experience from international corporations. Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Creative, outgoing personality who can inspire the team
- Hands on approach to getting things done
- Solid business understanding
- Strong experience of working closely with sales across multiple markets
- A natural leader who brings people along and understands how to prioritize activities
- A self-starter with high drive who thrives in an international environment and takes energy from visiting markets and stores
