Are you studying for your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and are you seeking to gain a valuable experience with visual communication and organizational change management (OCM) in projects in Novo Nordisk? Then you might be the new intern we are looking for in the Regulatory Affairs TRACK Programme.
About the department
The TRACK Programme is a department in Novo Nordisk Regulatory Affairs. The department is a responsible for a number of transformational process and IT projects where we contribute with design and alignment of the new business processes across the projects as well as OCM, communication and branding of the projects towards our internal customers and stakeholders in Novo Nordisk worldwide. We are a team of 10 highly motivated and engaged employees situated in Søborg, Denmark.
We are working closely with our stakeholders in headquarters in Denmark and Bangalore, India, and with our affiliates worldwide to ensure simple and robust new processes and solutions that will benefit our business. We are responsible for preparing the organization for these new solutions by conducting a range of change management activities and by providing clear, inviting and targeted communication about the TRACK Programme and its project portfolio - making sure that all stakeholders feel well informed to the exact level they need.
The position
You will support the TRACK Programme in visual communication, branding activities as well as organizing meetings and structuring work shop outcome across the project portfolio. In this role you will work on visualizing the messages in our communication strategy via powerpoint slides, web pages, e-mails and video clips. Furthermore, you will support the TRACK OCM Lead with various change management activities.
Internship Period: 6-12 months
Working hours: Full-time (37 hours a week)
Start date: 1st of August 2020
Internships are remunerated, if your education track allows
A Danish full-time work permit is required
Qualifications
We are looking for an intern who is passionate about visual communication and who can translate and transform project plans, deadlines and practical information into desirable and inviting communication and messages. You are currently studying your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing & communication, visual communication or journalism, or another relevant field. Experience in design of powerpoint slides and webpages as well as writing clear and targeted texts are preferred.
We expect candidates to have a high-quality mindset, be service minded and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English, excellent communication skills written and orally, ability to manage several tasks in parallel (with supervision) and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a healthy sense of humor to your work even when the pressure is high. Finally, you must have strong work ethics and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning.
