About the department
As our new Environmental Supporter, you will join the Biopharm Finished Products (BioFP) department in Gentofte. In this department, we handle support to our aseptic filling departments and processes surrounding the facilities. We are about 105 colleagues all together, but in the environmental support team, that you will become part of, you will have 13 immediate collaborational partners, with both technical and academic backgrounds. The position
As a Supporter in our team, you can look forward to a job with great variation. Your primary responsibilities will include tasks such as: daily support of operators at the production, deviation handling, change requests and training. In addition, you will make sure that our SOPs accurately reflect validations and other quality demands, and that all SOPs are adhered to. In other words, you will be ensuring that products are produced and released only at the highest quality level, with all the inspections, checks and traceability that this entails. You will be handling a range of immediate issues, and you are expected to make quick decisions that allow our end-users timely access to quality products. Most of your work will be within cLEAN activities.

The way you will succeed in this job, is by exhibiting a highly visible go-look-see attitude, where your positive and solution-focused mindset will provide you with plenty of opportunities to make a difference.

Qualifications
You hold an academic degree within natural sciences (e.g. microbiologist, pharmacist, engineer, chemist or similar) and you have already learned your important lessons in a GMP-regulated production of medicine, medical equipment or the like. You are well traversed in the quality and regulatory demands we work under, and if you already know your way around aseptic filling processes and equipment, RABS and internal environment control, you will quickly be able to make a difference. The more you know about the scientific perspective of our processes, the more you will be able to contribute.

As a person, you are outgoing with great communication skills. Your strong interpersonal skills assist you in creating trustful relations across different professions and diverse stakeholder landscape. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to prioritize your tasks and keep a focus on solutions when pressure is on.

We expect you to have good communication skills in both Danish and English.
