About the department
Corporate Metrology and Validation, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is among other things responsible for the Validation process within Novo Nordisk. The Validation process is applied throughout the value chain from Development to delivering products to the patient. Our purpose is to develop, support and operate an efficient and effective quality management system within the validation process as well the use of an electronic based validation system in the validation process across Novo Nordisk.
We focus on our stakeholders needs, regulatory compliance and industry standards within the field of Validation and the use of an electronic based validation system (based on Quality Center ALM) to continuously optimise the validation process in Novo Nordisk. A close collaboration with our stakeholders solving validation and electronic based validation issues is essential.
The job
You will be part of an experienced team that support our stakeholders regarding validation and the use of electronic based validation in the validation process. You will together with your colleagues ensure that procedures, instructions and guidelines are kept updated and aligned and furthermore secure that the relevant training material is kept updated. You will effectively support stakeholders on quality, validation and electronic based validation from a corporate point of view by involvement and alignment of relevant stakeholders finding the right solution for Novo Nordisk. Training in validation and electronic based validation will be a part of the job.
Together with your colleagues you will drive continuous improvements in the validation process based on input from the stakeholders and by incorporating industry best practices. You will provide expert knowledge and be present at shop floor in our line of business.
You will work anchored in Bagsværd, but you will collaborate with stakeholders from all around the globe. There will be occasional travel activities.
Qualifications
You have a master’s degree in Engineering, IT or other equivalent education. You have a background within production of pharmaceuticals, qualification and/or validation of equipment/processes and/or IT systems with the use of electronic based validation. You have a strong knowledge within GXP from production, QC, QA or IT. It is important that you understand relevant external requirements and possess hands-on experience with interpretation, implementation and participating in validation projects. We expect you to possess a strong quality and analytical mindset. You are proactive, structured and systematic. Your colleagues will see you as highly motivated, flexible and friendly, but also persistent and able to get things done.
We expect you to have experience in collaborating positively with many different stakeholders on various organisational levels. We expect that you define yourself as robust, a self-starter, and a great collaborator that always has a positive attitude. You have the drive and ability to engage others.
You have strong communication and training skills including the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way and have excellent command of English as well as Danish, both written and spoken.
