Are you motivated by designing and developing new concepts for the purpose of optimizing commissioning activities, improve safety and reduce cost? Eager to join the renewable industry within wind and an international environment?
Sales Offshore Operations Operations Concept Support
We build new concepts to advance safety, reduce cost and time and create value for the construction teams on future execution projects and future platform developments. Concepts to be founded on the organisations lesson learned and applicable industry best practice across the construction scope.
We ensure that lessons learned and ideas from stakeholders are taken into account when developing current and future WTG platforms. By doing so, risk of implementing design changes that are not feasible is minimized.
We support the implementation of concepts and new WTG designs and making information available for stakeholders ensuring they are informed and introduced to new concepts and WTG designs. After implementation, follow up with stakeholders to validate whether the expected outcome is seen.
We learn and develop by active participation in networks and best practice forums developing new concepts based on knowledges gathered from learnings within the wind industry as well as adapt learnings from other industries

Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for commissioning in forums within:
- Construction
- Technology
- Product development
- Act as subject matter expert in turbine development projects and prototype deployment
- Act as link between back office and project/service sites in execution
- Provide technical support in defining new concepts in Construction
- Provide technical support in re-defining established processes in Construction
Qualifications
- Technical background (Engineering etc)
- Relevant electrical background. E.g. as marine- or electrical engineer
- Significant experience in WTG commissioning and operating WTGs
- High understandable of the completion phase
- Good stakeholder management skills
Competencies
- Extensive experience in Construction with focus on commissioning
- Knowledge transfer
- Maintain a high focus on HSE
- Quality awareness
- User of Microsoft Office
- User of Microsoft SharePoint
- Fluent in English
