Sales Global Supply Chain Logistic and Manufacturing Excellence

Your primary role will be as work stream lead for the Master Data Element in the new planning tool (called the Compass project). In the project you will define the data architecture and set the master data requirements. You will be responsible for data quality and on your own initiative launch needed activities to improve the data quality and training of the organisation around them. In order to succeed you will bridge between the project requirements, the master data owners and the functions in the organisation.

Secondary you will, as a part of the Surveillance team in Logistic and Manufacturing Excellence, support daily operations by monitoring & analysing master relationship data within Supply chain organisation; provide guidance for the organisation; establishing, developing and optimising processes important to maintaining a set of high-quality master data for the global supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Master Data Lead within the Compass Project, filling the role for anchoring MD requirements and setting the needed actions to ensure the requested quality of master data
  • Anchor point for specific project deliverables (scope, design, process, functionality, governance, deadline) and participate the project team with dotted line report to Program Manager
  • Understand business requirements: conduct structured and systematic analysis of business processes
  • Take ownership of implemented and participate in supporting daily operation
  • Drive Supply Chain Configuration road map elements
  • Providing guidelines, controlling & governance for MD objects being used in Supply chain processes such as Forecasting, Planning, Order handling, Outbound, Transport & Customs
  • Developing and improving supply chain business processes through tools, metrics to enable decision making

Qualifications

  • Experience with and understanding of global trade concepts, processes & solution design
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP ECC)
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a global environment with focus on master data and/or logistic
  • Candidate should have relevant SAP Master Data/project experience of working with businesses/functions related to
  • Detailed knowledge of SAP MD is of course essential
  • A master's degree in Finance or Supply Chain Management, Business Development, Engineering or similar

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Capable of managing complex challenges (problem solver) and comprehend complex business structures
  • Ability to translate business requirements into globally sustainable solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Quality-oriented project manager profile, proactive and self-driven
  • Capable of applying structured solution/process methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)
