Power Solutions Product Solutions & Integration Plant & Hybrid
Plant & Hybrid is a department in Vestas Power Solutions (R&D) that define and deliver new power plant products. By executing project across the value chain in close collaboration with engineering functions we ensure delivery of products on time, without compromising quality and product costs. Through innovation, development and continuous product improvements, we continuously develop our products and technologies to reduce the cost and ensure integration of renewable energy. Always aiming to deliver the highest possible value to our customers and to Vestas.
The Plant & Hybrid department is responsible for product specification, feasibility studies and technical product execution all done through cross functional teams. We deliver standardised and modular product families configurable to customer needs and that meet the agreed product performance KPIs. These products also include wind power plant solutions combined with solar and battery storage solutions.

Responsibilities
You will be the main accountable person for the product program and projects in the area of Cyber Security. The program consists of multiple product and module projects all executed with project managers associated. They cover the entire roadmap of cyber security capabilities across all wind turbine and power plant elements.

Responsibilities
You will be the main accountable person for the product program and projects in the area of Cyber Security. The program consists of multiple product and module projects all executed with project managers associated. They cover the entire roadmap of cyber security capabilities across all wind turbine and power plant elements.
Responsibilities include:
- Create, maintain, coordinate and report project execution balancing scope, budgets, resources and timelines according to Vestas processes
- Identify, document, escalate & mitigate risks
- Align and balance requirements for product, production, installation, and service requirements
- Ensure continuous communication and update to all stakeholders using the agreed processes & tools
- Evaluate all lessons learned, both during project gates and after milestones and delivery
- Participate in Vestas wide Cyber Security coordination group
Qualifications
- Minimum BA within IT or Business
- Extended experience with project management of IT projects and preferred certifications within project management such as PRINCE2
- Experience with project management within the field of IT and product development
- Experience with stakeholder management in a global context
- Experience with a global matrix organization is desirable
- Solid understanding of entire value chain
