The position is a 12-month temporary employment so, the right candidate will have plenty of opportunities to influence the strategic direction of payer value communication for emerging future product launches on a global level as well as gain knowledge of the Rare Disease organisation in Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications
We welcome candidates with regional experience from affiliates, or experience outside of the rare disease area. You will be a great asset to our team because you have:
• Extensive experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
• The ability to apply structure to your work, and a mature set of skills and methods
• Experience within market access, brand marketing, health economics, commercial units, sales, or relevant field-based affiliate functions
• Proven track record within access and/or public affairs
• Fluency in written and spoken English and a relevant academic degree
You have very strong communication skills with evidence-based arguments as your hallmark. You are innovative, proactive, thrive in an ever-changing environment where the pace is high, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
You have proved your ability to translate complex scientific information into crisp value arguments and deliverables, and your market understanding allows you to apply these skills to benefit patients in regional and/or global markets.
