The position
You will be involved in driving Global Expert Panel(s), consisting of global and local KOLs as well as nurses, to take scientific and operational input and motivate for local peer-to-peer initiatives. You will be responsible for securing these external insights are factored into the development and implementation of scientific communication, patient retention & trial completion tools and educational materials for participants and site staff in the trials. You will take part in formulating and executing trial strategies to ensure successful patient retention, trial completion readiness & results communication activities
Other responsibilities include:
You will have the opportunity to work very closely with stakeholders from Global Medical Affairs, Medical & Science and Clinical Operations in HQ as well as colleagues in affiliates. The position is based in the HQ office in Søborg, Denmark. Approximately 10-20 travel days a year should be expected.
Qualifications:
You have a business, science, or medical degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) combined with 6+ years of relevant experience from the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in both global and local roles.
In addition, you have:

Apart from that, you have flair for integrating communication and change management perspectives into any project execution. You are curious and passionate about improvements and continually identifying opportunities for development of your deliverables. You are motivated by ambitious targets, and you can structure and translate data into knowledge and clear communication to facilitate decision making and project progress. As a person, you are ambitious, flexible and have a strong drive for taking initiative and working both as a dedicated team player as well as independently.

GMA is responsible for driving the scientific dialogue with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Professionals (HCPs). We are part of the R&D organisation in Novo Nordisk, one of the world’s most successful pharmaceutical companies and the market leader within diabetes care and obesity and exciting development programmes in other serious chronic diseases.
Study Programmes is a team of 25+ dedicated project managers. We are a diverse team representing 15 nationalities and with high level of synergy through a variety of personal profiles and professional backgrounds, ranging from scientific at the PhD level to specific business-oriented and communication experts. The position

- Driving global events (physical and/or virtual) to engage external doctors and nurses
- Supporting affiliates in engaging their local panel members in trial-related activities to drive patient retention, trial completion readiness & results communication activities
- Engaging site staff on the journey with external communication
- Engagement with diverse cross-functional stakeholders and several external vendors
- Challenging status quo by assessing deliverables, enhancing our processes and identify new ways of achieving goals

- Advanced experience in clinical or medical projects including patient engagement

- Experience in communication disciplines, on- and offline
