Are you passionate about turning business priorities into employer branding strategies and tactics? If so, then this could be an exciting job opportunity for you as a 1-year maternity cover.

The position
In this position you will among other things:

  • Act as a bridge to Corporate Communications and make sure we leverage synergies where possible and support each-others’ agendas. This includes leveraging and supporting the Novo Nordisk 100 campaign in an employer branding context.
  • In partnership with an external agency, develop a yearly content calendar to increase overall awareness around NN as employer and ensure quality in content creation and SoMe promotions as needed.
  • Be the primary advisor and project lead related to the yearly graduate programme campaign which is an extensive and complex global campaign. In 2023, this includes developing new and updated assets related to the early talent segment linked to our overall update of the “One Novo Nordisk” Employer Value Proposition and Brand Position.
  • Advice and support on strategic talent attraction priorities related to Research & Early Development, as well as Development, bringing us to a more strategic and enterprise focused approach. This will be done in close collaboration with other colleagues from the employer branding & onboarding CoE.
  • Work closely with your fellow Employer Branding colleagues in the CoE, as well as a diverse set of stakeholders across line of business, Talent Acquisition and the wider HR organisation

In this role (1-year maternity cover), you will have a lot of freedom to unleash and explore the full potential of our employer brand while being part of a passionate and diverse team. The job is based in Bagsværd (Denmark) but might require limited travel in connection with global initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to:

  • hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably within strategic marketing, communications, journalism, business development or any relevant field
  • have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working in advisory/consultancy roles related to strategic communications, marketing, branding/employer branding in an international context
  • have experience with campaign management
  • have a proven track record of strong stakeholder management skills and managing complex projects in global organisations.

As a person, you enjoy working both independently and as a team. While it’s important you have a strategic mindset, you are also not afraid to be hands-on when needed. You know what it takes to create results and create followership in a global and matrixed context, and you have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

About the department
You will join the Global Employer Branding & Onboarding Centre of Excellence team consisting of experienced, dedicated, and passionate employees from a range of professional backgrounds (HR, Communication, Marketing & Natural Sciences). We use our differences to create and develop innovative approaches and high-quality solutions to attract the best talents to Novo Nordisk globally.

Serving as a Centre of Excellence (CoE), our main objective is to position Novo Nordisk as a preferred employer and thus, help business areas across Novo Nordisk globally to find and attract critical talents.
