Let’s talk about the role We are looking for three candidates who can take up the positions as Agile People Leader in Digital, Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS), which has approx. 1100 employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France and Brazil. As our new Agile People Leaders, you will be part of the ART leadership team, that manages and prioritises ART deliveries. Your focus will be on removing impediments for the teams, leading the agile transformation by coaching the employees, ensuring the long-term strategic competence needs of the area and to support the development and growth of the individual career paths. You will be part of the continuous development of some of the first ARTs in Novo Nordisk, shaping the role and directly influence how they will support Novo Nordisk’s DD&IT Supply Chain journey.
In the role as Agile People Leader in an agile context, your key responsibilities will include: Attraction, onboarding and hiring, people development and motivation including coaching & mentoring Reward and performance management and facilitate cross-organisational knowledge sharing Budgeting and support transformation initiatives Being part of the leadership team where you will be part of resolving or escalating impediments, and drive continuous improvements Moreover, we expect you to be able to build Agile, personal and professional competencies, working closely with our projects to ensure external recruitment and align with stakeholders and the agile teams. As Agile People Leader, you will report to the Head of DD&IT PS area (Supply Chain, LABs or Production) in DD&IT PS and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, supporting the development and growth of 20-30 people primarily based in Bagsværd (DK). You are using your empathy to ensure a sustainable work environment, build trust, motivate teams and accelerate people development. To succeed in this role, you need to have: A Master’s degree in a relevant area Motivation by people development and be driving the strategic people agenda for the area 3+ years in a role with leadership experience, ideally also with direct people responsibility preferably within IT or digitalisation SAFe certification and/or practical experience of using Agile methodologies Fluency in English Agile skills and toolbox include advanced knowledge and coaching skills on how to continuously evolve an organisational Agile mindset. You come with experience in communication and safeguarding of the SAFe and Agile principles and practices.
