Do you pride yourself on delivering excellent levels of service to internal and external stakeholders alike? Do you have the experience and skill to efficiently support large-scale investment projects with civil and construction compli-ance? If so, then this might be the right position for you.
The position
Novo Nordisk has an enormous investment project portfolio, for which a significant part is for construction of new facilities, many of which are in Denmark. In this role, your key task will be to support a smooth and integrated civil and construction compliance process for these projects, ensuring a solid, timely and high-quality process to get relevant permits in place in line with external regulations and internal Novo Nordisk requirements and deadlines. Your main tasks will be to:

• Support investment projects on spatial planning and site development in line with existing and emerging civil and construction regulation issues
• Ensure an effective license and permit planning, application, and documentation process in line with civil con-struction legislation
• Support the development of Novo Nordisk production site master and district plans (including addenda to munici-pal plans) and support real estate management on authority issues
• Support with related tasks e.g., establishing new addresses and p-numbers for new facilities and ensure BBR data maintenance
• Ensure effective collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders and be regarded as a subject mat-ter expert for civil and construction compliance
You can expect to work in a fast-paced, evolving department where you will collaborate with motivated, value driven and results oriented colleagues who will support you and your personal and professional development.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A proven track record from a similar role with +3-5 years’ experience
• Excellent organisational skills, a structured approach to tasks and excellent stakeholder management
• Great coordination skills with the ability to make progress whilst not forgetting important detail
• Experience with public administration preferably within infrastructure, buildings or spatial planning
• A ‘can-do attitude’, even when the focus is on delivery and there is a lot to do
• A M/B.Sc. in Engineering or similar and supplementary training in relevant areas such as project execution, man-agement, and/ or business administration
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbally
