The job As our new Product Owner, you will be a key member in the FMS Product Team. You will be working closely with the Scrum Master and the Delivery Team and also in close collaboration with other Product Owners, Business Owners and Stakeholders. Your main responsibilities would be to:
  • Prepare and drive the definition of product vision and roadmap, understanding the business context and vision
  • Work with stakeholders and Product Team to ensure flow
  • Build, maintain and prioritize team backlog
  • Ensure the Agile teams is delivering according to its commitment and work with the Agile team daily overcoming challenges and clarifying questions to ensure flow
  • Budget responsible for the product you manage, including improvements, upgrades, life cycle management, etc.
  • As part of the team, participate in vendor meetings, training, and workshops supporting the team.
  • Broad technical knowledge and structured mindset as you will head up our critical incidents, ensuring fast recovery time and implementing mitigation and preventing action
  • Qualifications We imagine that the right candidate has strong IT Project Management skills and has experience working from global organisations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the following skills and experiences:
  • You need to have at least a bachelor’s degree with IT, Business Administration or Engineering
  • 7 years or more of experience with IT or Automation projects including project management
  • 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Work experience with FMS
  • Experience working with a highly regulated industry and GxP knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in working with an Agile/SAFe framework is a plus
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills and able to translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities. Being open minded and positive, you able to set direction and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation and good at delegating and empowering others to take action. To succeed it is also crucial that you thrive on working independently as well as part of a team. You need to be fully proficient in English both written as well as spoken and a solid communicator with a strong personal dedication and ambition. You have political flair to navigate in a global organisation, agile and adapt quickly to changes. In addition, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility and drive success.
    About the department
    The department sets the strategic direction with technology and implements global solutions by use of some of the newest technologies available, for example, IoT. We belong to ‘Digital, Data and IT’ (DD&IT). Our team operates primarily out of Bagsværd, Denmark and works in close online collaboration with key stakeholders from Product Supply across the globe. This means you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes forward.
