As a director in Strategic Finance & Productivity Insights department, you will report to Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) Finance and be member of the leadership team.
You will also take part in developing the PSQIT Finance area as part of the management team, reporting to the SVP of PSQIT Finance. This includes people development, optimising the business partnering roles, and collaboration across functions in the area and PSQIT.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Lead a newly established team of 7 dedicated finance partners and specialists.
• Provide data insights within full manufacturing cost and drive actionable insights from productivity data in collaboration with business support functions across the division.
• Act as a Business Development providing input for financial evaluations.
• Perform annual review or Production Unit Cost.
• Drive the long-term financial forecast for the division.
Stakeholder management is a key part of the job ad as you will interact with representatives from across PSQIT and the Novo Nordisk value chain. In addition, it is expected that you possess a sincere curiosity to understand the business and production network.
Finally, you will become a member of the PSQIT Finance Leadership network and together with the other members across PSQIT ensure that the Global Finance Strategy is anchored and lives locally across all the finance teams. Qualifications

• A MSc in Finance or any related field.
• Extensive experience and a proven track record in financial management, budgeting, financial modelling, and production economy.
• Experience navigating and leading strategy collaboration for impact in a global, complex and matrix environment.
• Professional proficiency in English. As a person, it is natural for you to create followship and build trust as a leader. You enable to combine strategic finance skills with people skills, and you thrive in setting direction, inspiring, motivating and develop your team.
You can manage several tasks and projects simultaneously, while keeping track of the overall direction for the team. Also, you have excellent communication skills and can easily interact with employees at all levels in the organization and you can manage flexible workloads and thrive when working under pressure. About the department
PSQIT division in Novo Nordisk is responsible for supplying products for all therapeutic areas, the quality assurance of all Novo Nordisk activities and for providing an efficient and agile IT platform which caters for all business needs. PSQIT currently employs approx. 30.000 employees. You will be part of the SVP area PSQIT Finance. The finance department consists of around 100 people from approx. 15 countries with diverse backgrounds and acts as a center of excellence in financial planning, production accounting, investment, engineering sourcing and compliance for Novo Nordisk globally. We use our varying experience to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global Product Supply organization.
