Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for supporting Commercial, Consulting, and Corporate Functions – in an international context? The position As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work with our Talent Acquisition team to support our four EVP areas. You will focus on recruiting for various functions within Finance, Legal, Consulting, Procurement, Commercial Strategy and Corporate Affairs, Rare Diseases, and Global People and Organizations that are based in Denmark. You identify and support relevant talent acquisition opportunities through your recruitment stakeholder landscape. Your main focus will be on
  • Driving highly complex and international recruitments ranging from specialist to management level
  • Navigating scarce candidate pools using your updated market knowledge and solid talent acquisition toolbox
  • Guiding hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to drive the Novo Nordisk standard recruitment process aligned with our Way and diversity and inclusion principles
  • Proactively and continuously work with your recruitment team consisting of source and admin support to ultimately ensure a good process plan, solid candidate experience, and efficiency throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication, or similar
  • Extensive recruitment experience from the relevant environment, eg. Consultancy or fast-paced commercial entities where you have typically handled 70-100 hires per year; experience within Commercials or People & Organizations is advantageous
  • Proven track record supporting recruitment of international, corporate, and high-complexity roles
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Your drive makes it natural for you to manage many different and sometimes complex recruitment processes simultaneously. You thrive in an environment where you work independently while creating lasting trustful relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area. At the same time, you are a team player and value close cooperation and knowledge sharing. About the department You will be joining Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 80 recruiters (and still growing). Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 8,500 end-to-end recruitments annually. We have our primary base in Bagsværd, but we spend a lot of time at the different sites primarily Søborg, depending on the assigned role and EVP area.
