The two-year programme allows you to explore the world while developing your career. You will be taken on three rotations around the globe where you will work in a fast-paced environment and grow in ways you never could have imagined. You will be exposed to the entire Novo Nordisk value chain while being challenged to explore your boundaries and reach your full potential.About the Data Science track The Data Science track offers three exciting eight-month rotations across our company and value chain, providing you with a broad experience and invaluable skills within Data Science and Data Engineering. You get to experience first-hand how Data Science plays a pivotal role across the business in ensuring that Novo Nordisk can better develop and deliver life-changing medicines to our patients.During the programme you will work in different teams in Research & Development, Production and/or Corporate IT utilizing different technologies within statistics, modelling, AI, or vision technologies. You will be working in a global organisation with many different stakeholders in an international network of world-class colleagues, where we expect you to contribute and voice your opinion to help shape the future strategy of Data Science in Novo Nordisk.The Position Over the course of this two-year programme you will expand your international network, while experiencing how digital transformations take place alongside our skilled colleagues across the organisation. Together we will shape your journey by choosing the focus during your three rotations, all while being mentored by experienced colleagues who will continuously challenge and guide your development.You will take part in different use cases, covering front-end, back-end, development, and applications of advanced analytics. As a unique feature, you will have the possibility to investigate different elements in the pharmaceutical value chain, learning to apply your skills in different settings, ranging from development of new medicines, to delivering high quality medicines from complex production units.About Novo Nordisk Novo Nordisk is the 2nd most valuable pharmaceutical company in the world based on market cap. We’re on a relentless mission to drive change for millions of people living with chronic diseases, and we need people like you to join us on this mission and take Novo Nordisk into the future.Read more and watch this video to get a feeling about Novo Nordisk as a workplace.QualificationsTo apply to the Data Science track, you must have: Recent master's degree (from 2023 or 2024) in either Data Science, Data Science Engineering, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, Mathematics/Statistic/Physics, or similar within Life Science or Manufacturing/Supply Chain combined with strong programming skills.
Above average academic achievements
International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering.
No more than 1 year of full-time work experience after completing your Master’s degree (when hired)
Fluency in spoken and written English
Globally mobile (also beyond the Graduate Programme)
