Advanced Digital Developer Do you have developer competences within digitalisation? The position We are seeking a new colleague with a good technical understanding and a curiosity towards new technology, who can translate business needs into tailored digital solutions. You will be part of one or more DevOps teams, delivering digital solutions for complex processes to our colleagues across the Product Supply value chain. Together with the DevOps team, your primary responsibility is development, testing, documentation, and quality control of both critical (GxP) and non-critical solutions. You will also take part in improving design and coding standards, assessment of new potential solutions, knowledge sharing and exploring new technologies. You will report to the Associate Manager of Business Process Management Development. The position will be based in Ballerup, Denmark. Qualifications We are looking for a team player, who is motivated by helping our business meet their goals. You thrive in an agile and dynamic environment, where priorities can change. You enjoy challenging status quo and you are enthusiastic and show your initiative. We expect that you have: • At least a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other IT related field • Experience with one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C# etc.) • Fluent in oral and written English • Strong communication skills Preferably you also have: • 2-4 years of working experience • Experience with digitalization tools like UI5, Java, React.js, HTML, CSS • Knowledge about UX design and methodology as design thinking • Experience working within Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) and using Azure DevOps As a person you are an ambitious and innovative team player who has a result-oriented way of working. You will join Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT), which is the organisation unit that supports digital transformation and innovation in all parts of the Novo Nordisk value chain -from idea to patient. Our area is anchored in DD&IT Product Supply, which supports PS, the largest organisational unit with over 20.000 employees globally, and which is responsible for the manufacturing and supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products. Business Process Management (BPM) is our area, which focuses on designing and implementing IT solutions that have the potential to improve, optimize and automate current business processes by means of digitalisation. We are a high-performing, diverse and international team driven by a vision to digitalise complex business process with cutting edge technology. Typically, the solutions that we build gather data from multiple source IT systems in the Novo Nordisk landscape, we ensure data is displayed in the most appropriate way in line with the inputs provided by line of business representatives (Product Owners), and as a result we enable Novo Nordisk users in Product Supply to make quick and sound decisions.
