The position We are looking for an experienced leader who is motivated to shape and assume leadership responsibility for the Production Accounting & Compliance in Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) Finance. You will shape and lead a team of approximately 10 colleagues. Your responsibilities will also include: Collaborating and aligning within the Global PSQIT finance organization, focusing on production accounting, costing/full manufacturing cost, as well as financial compliance and business ethics for approximately 100 people across all PSQIT divisions Setting clear directions for the PSQIT Finance Building a Center of Excellence within Production Accounting & Compliance Establishing standards, providing advice and guidance to the divisions globally Developing global PSQIT Finance functions aligned with the Global Finance Strategy, ensuring readiness for the complex manufacturing setup Providing strong insights into our costing processes The area act as point of entry to Corporate Finance, Group Risk & Business Ethics. Some travelling is required. Qualifications The qualifications we value include: A master's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or an equivalent field Min. 6 years of experience within Accounting, Compliance or similar Solid track record in advising on business issues related to IFRS and compliance Proven capability in developing functional organizations, financial processes, IT systems, and performance management models Solid leadership skills, including direct management and functional leadership cross organizations Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen cultural understanding About the department The position reports to the Vice President for Production & Investment Finance, with the department purpose of providing specialist support and guidance to production divisions related to production accounting, compliance, and investment finance standards. You will be a part of the management team who is accountable for managing the following areas: Financial Planning, Insights, Business Intelligence, Strategic Finance & Productivity Insights and Investment, Engineering & Sourcing.
