If yes, then you are the person we are looking for as the new VP Communication Partner in Emerging Technologies Portfolio Management. The position
As our new Communication Partner in Emerging Technologies Portfolio Management, you will drive and support the communication of our strategy, creating sensemaking about our direction and projects.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• drive communication planning in relation to strategic projects, events, and changes
• advise colleagues on communication challenges and possibilities
• develop and produce content for our communication channels
• participate in the development and implementation of cross-organisational communication projects
This job offers frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organization, allowing you to build a strong network, while further strengthening your communication and project management skills. You will be a part of the management team and have a close collaboration with the Vice President of the area.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has an independent and result-oriented way of working and approach tasks with structure, energy, and a positive attitude; a strategic thinker with a strong business understanding. To be successful in this role you:
• hold an academic degree within a relevant subject matter
• are experienced in driving strategic communication projects and delivering high quality communication solutions
• preferably have experience within project management
• speak and write English and Danish fluently Furthermore, having matured experience withing a structured and complex pharmaceutical company will be seen as an advantage. On a personal level, you are a strong team player with a creative mind, who enjoys delivering on communication tasks with tight deadlines as much as being responsible for larger strategic communication initiatives. You think and act as a trusted and pro-active sparring partner by providing competent input to senior leaders and project managers to ensure the best communication solutions, all of this using you brilliant networking an collaboration skill across al levels of the organization. About the department
Emerging Technologies (ET) is a newly established SVP area in Novo Nordisk. We have a growing pipeline of new products, many of which are based on emerging technology platforms coming into Product Supply via internal development projects and externally acquired assets.
We are well-known for having a pioneering spirit as well as a curious and daring approach. We play a key role in developing and producing future treatments for millions of patients around the world. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. In ET Portfolio Management we set the strategic direction for the marketed products owned by ET. Together with stakeholders across the organization and our local ET project offices we ensure successful execution of the portfolio from late phase development to launch and market production.
