The position As a Communication Partner, you will join Finance, Legal & Global Solutions (FLGS) and act as key internal communicator and sparring partner for two SVPS with their organisaitons that are on an ambitious journey. The position entails a key responsibility in driving the communication strategy and planning for the two areas. Your other key responsibilities will be to: Deliver communication advice and support to the two SVPs Be the communication lead and expert in the areas Ensure strong communication planning, and proactively contribute to stakeholders and change communication activities Plan and drive communication initiatives to large stakeholder groups Deliver a full range of communication services. e.g. content and visuals for stakeholder presentations, setting up SharePoint pages, writing and publishing news articles/letters, and LinkedIn & Viva Engage posts Review various communication materials, and advice on communication approaches across the organisation Qualifications To be successful in this role, you have 5+ years of experience as a professional communicator and advisor, preferably from a global organisation. Further success criteria are: Strong planning skills, and proven experience within change communication Strong stakeholder management skills and understanding of how to work with a complex internal stakeholder landscape with different organisational needs and priorities Competent with graphic and media Excellent communication skills in advanced spoken and written English As a person, you are constructive, proactive and a true team player who enjoys working with colleagues at all levels and across the organisation and thrives in a challenging and fast changing environment. We expect you to bring new ideas into our work by identifying new trends and staying updated about best communication practices, while building strong and trusted relationships to stay on top of what is happening. About the department You will be part of the business Support team in FLGS and report to the Executive Assistant of CFO and EVP for FLGS. The Executive Assistant will provide direction and support on communication and strategic sparring. You will have a dotted line to the two SVPs who will drive the day-to-day issues, The team is located in Bagsvaerd, Denmark, comprising five people including the communication partner to the CFO and EVP of FLGS.
