We are looking for a Compliance, Test and Documentation Manager, who is ready to join our newly created Order to Cash team. This new position is your entry into a dynamic environment that offers an outstanding opportunity to drive significant business impact with a global scope and shape the future of Order to Cash in Novo Nordisk. You will gain broad insights into Novo Nordisk’s worldwide business and collaborate in the intersection between IT and business, across functions like pricing, market access, supply chain, product supply, and finance.
Key responsibilities include Act as Compliance lead across the Order to Cash portfolio, ensuring the operation adheres to the appropriate quality standards Manage the overall test processes, ensuring a comprehensive overview and effective management of the process, and provide support to the team in understanding risk categories, test paths, and systems Build the test strategy and test plan for the Order to Cash team Train and guide both the technical team and users on how to document testing Align Order to Cash requirements in compliance, test, and documentation with the newly launched SAP S/4HANA implementation project Novo Nordisk is on a digitalisation journey with the aim of leveraging our current SAP solution, while preparing for our future SAP S/4 HANA platform. A proactive colleague who can collaborate across functional areas and in dynamic organizational settings. To succeed in the role, we see, that you can tick most of the following boxes: Masters's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3+ years of experience as a Compliance/Test Manager for larger implementation projects Experience with testing methodologies and tools, including automated testing, as well as documentation management, including version control and change management Structured approach to your work and a proven track record in process optimization On a personal level, you demonstrate agility and adapt quickly to change. You have excellent stakeholder management skills, balancing the needs of business while guiding on best practice. You are devoted to creating an inlusive culture, helping your colleagues, and engaging in department activities.

In FLGS DD&IT we are responsible for partnering with the business in defining, implementing, and operating the digitalisation road map for Finance, Legal & Global Solutions. This requires a close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation to ultimately benefit a user base that ranges across the whole of Novo Nordisk. Our way of working is based on the agile principles and our environment is both informal and ambitious at the same time.
