Are you an expert in Access Management? Would you like to work on defining, standardizing and supporting the deployment and configuration across a global scale IT infrastructure? Sound exciting? Behind the title In this role you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with colleagues in India and Denmark, ensuring daily operations of Access Management processes across all PSnet (Product Supply Network) domains globally, providing advanced troubleshooting, while focusing on agile implementation and simplifying operations. Key responsibilities :
• Daily operations and maintenance of Identity Access Management, ensuring seamless functionality
• Ensure simple and daily operations for all PSnet domains globally, promoting efficiency
• Technical documentation of everything according to Novo Nordisk standards, including Requirement Specifications and Test Plans
• Collaborate and participate in the coordination of tasks using ServiceNow for daily operations
• Ensure a standardized IT infrastructure platform for consistency and reliability
• Take responsibility for deliveries to customers in accordance with approved Service Level Agreements, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and performance of services delivered from GITO-Production Infrastructure
Being familiar with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Domain Name System, Network Time Protocol, Microsoft Identity Manager, Quest GPOadmin, and Quest Change Auditor proves beneficial. Candidate profile We are looking for a candidate who can fulfill most of the following requirements for this position:
• Possess a BSC, MSC, MBA, or a comparable graduate degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• 5-10 years of experience in Infrastructure and technologies within large corporations
• Extensive 5-10 years of expertise covering specification, design, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions in sizable organizations
• Proven track record of 3-5 years working on substantial IT projects.
• Proficient in testing and qualifying infrastructure solutions, with knowledge in GAMP/GxP, Microsoft Certificate Authority, and possibly Entrust Hardware Secure Modules
• Demonstrated strong understanding of generic infrastructure-related technologies, regulatory requirements, ITIL (ITIL Foundation certified), and business operations
• Capable of representing NN in interactions with external stakeholders and possesses a strong ability to support relations with line of business management The ideal candidate is expected to embody the Novo Nordisk Way by embracing our company values and fostering a winning culture. Extensive knowledge of Agile principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is crucial, along with a deep understanding of the Agile mindset and culture. Moreover, we look after the definition, implementation and maintenance of Product Supply IT network infrastructure (PSnet) supporting the manufacturing equipment and applications that are used in the production process.
