The team behind Novo Nordisk’s successful Graduate Programme is expanding and we are looking for a Graduate Programme Lead to join us in Copenhagen! This is a newly created role where you, in close collaboration with our Coordinator, will be responsible for ensuring that the annual processes of the Graduate Programme run smoothly. If you have a strong background in process or project management - preferably from managing graduate programmes or by having been a graduate yourself - you love structure, enjoy collaborating with stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic environment, then read on and apply today for a life-changing career. The position As Graduate Programme Lead you will: Plan and execute the annual processes of the Graduate Programme (including the onboarding, recruitment and training of the graduates, leading the attraction campaign etc).
Continuously improve and optimise the processes of the Graduate Programme.
Collaborate with various stakeholders across Novo Nordisk to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Work closely with our Co-ordinator, our Consultant and our Intern to ensure the success of the programme.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Proven experience in process or project management.
Experience in managing or working with other graduate or Early Talent programmes is a plus.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with ability to converse with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
A highly structured approach to work and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and to prioritise a busy workload.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
