If so, you might be the Digital Transformation Partner we are looking for to enable and empower our organisation within the digital and process automation space. The position As Digital Transformation Partner you will join an ambitious team supporting across all areas of Novo Nordisk’s Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing and Devices (CSD) organisation. Your role will revolve around prioritisation, orchestration, and development of digital tools. You will be driving some of our new initiatives in Digitalisation, such as Improvement Cycles (i-cycles) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), which may vary in size and scope. Your main tasks will be to: 
  • Support incubation and development of local and central digitalisation initiatives
  • Act as single point of contact for Digitalisation in i-Cycles and as the bridge between developers and line of business
  • Participate in i-Cycles, and act as sparring partner with stakeholders to identify technology and resource requirements
  • Identify and maintain the backlog of automation related projects across CSD (primarily RPA’s)
  • Prioritise, scope, and implement RPA-related projects
  • Coordinate and work with internal & external stakeholders
    • Your projects will be solved in collaboration with the rest of the CSD Digitalisation team and our key stakeholders across the business, but we expect you to be able to manage the project portfolio and independently drive projects. You will report directly to the Head of CSD Digitalisation, Martin Sillemann. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
  • Hold a master’s degree within a relevant field coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience within digitalisation and/or process optimisation
  • Possess experience in project managing and prioritising a portfolio of projects
  • Have knowledge of digital and automation technologies, preferably with the Microsoft Power Platform, and a good understanding of LEAN principles
  • Demonstrate the ability to balance and translate technical and business requirements in a complex stakeholder landscape
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English, both written and spoken
    • It would be considered as a plus if you have a previous experience working in pharmaceutical or any other highly regulated industries. You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and have a flair for collaborating with a broad range of people. About the department Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing & Devices (CSD) is an area with more than 3,000 employees across Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Iran and Russia. CSD is responsible for manufacturing of devices and needles, as well as sourcing for various goods and materials for production across all of Novo Nordisk. You will join approximately 20 colleagues in CSD Business Support in the CSD IT & Digitalisation Department. As Novo Nordisk continues to grow, so does our team.
