We have 2 exiting positions as Associate Managers, 1 for our Formulation team and 1 for our Green Supply team, both positioned in our Wash & Sterilisation area at Novo Nordisk production site Bagsværd. The Position As an Associate Manager you will head a team of 16 dedicated operators. You look forward to a job where you will have the opportunity to gain a close knowledge of the production processes in Novo Nordisk as well as business understanding. Your key responsibility include: Being able to maintain an overview, follow up on KPI’s, team performance and set directions for your team
Ensure the team solves the tasks correctly in a complex environment under your guidance to work smarter and more efficiently
Coordinate and exchange experiences across teams and departments.
Cooperation and sparring with the rest of the leader group
Develop employees and ensure engagement through visible and present leadership
As a management team member, you will be a frontrunner in the department and show the way and the right behaviour. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: 2 years of leadership experience
Desire to take the lead and motivate teams to perform at their best through showing your own commitment
A flair for managerial challenges, familiarized with complex processes and issues
A well-developed, analytical mindset and utilize this to take data driven decisions and implement solutions.
Good communication skills in Danish and English
As a person you are able to look at the broader picture and coach and provide guidance to those you lead. You are a systematic and clear communicator and thrive working autonomously whilst still in close collaboration with your peers. In busy periods, you are able, to keep the overview and set direction through aligned priorities. You believe in the potential of Lean leadership, are curious and driven to achieve results. You have the ability to give feedback, coach and develop employees is also a focus point for the position. About the Department The department consists of approx. 200 employees with various professional backgrounds, including process supporters, repair technicians and support staff.
