About the department
The department is located in Gentofte. The department holds 25 employees, and you will be part of a strong team with 7 committed collages and an experienced and supporting leader.
Our production lines are characterized by complex processes supported by employees with great professionalism.
The semi- and fully automated packaging lines in department 164, introduces broad variety of technologies. The production facility includes vision systems, PLC, conveyers, Windows PC’s, IT-security process, databases and servers providing serializations information/data to the packaging lines and more.
Furthermore, the department is in the middle of a very exciting automation, digitalisations and optimisation journey. This means that the department is engaged in two big automation projects and implementing better IT-process/systems, within the next few years. At the same time, we are implementing SAP as well and almost to be paperless production.
The tasks, responsibilities, and possibilities
Your primary task will be to support the production and ensure a stable production with quality consciousness. This includes presence in the production, systematic problem solving, deviation handling and a responsibility to ensure ongoing updates of instructions and procedures so they fulfil current GMP requirements and follow manufacturing procedures.
When sudden challenges arise in our production, it will be your responsibility to ensure that action is taken so problems can be solved fast, efficiently and on the right quality level. In this way, we often get to be the people who gets everything up and running again – with the dedicated help of all the experienced operators, skilled workers and other supporters.
Another important aspect of the job will be to secure optimised performance of our production lines by having an unerring eye for improvement initiatives, optimization possibilities and LEAN activities within quality and productivity and that you are able to succeed with these independently and with input from other professions. You will be handling many concurrent tasks and it is therefore important that you are good at prioritizing what’s most important while maintaining focus on quality.

If you have knowledge of LEAN and a curious nature that enables you to understand our processes, it’s an absolute advantage.
As a person, you are social and positive by nature. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and you like to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. Good communication skills in Danish and English is a requirement.

- a relevant education e.g. in engineering, pharmacy or biotechnology,
- you may just have finished your studies, or you may have a wide range of experience in your field; your tasks will be planned according to your level of experience.
