Your primary tasks will include

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure capacity for product delivery
  • Active participation in annual business plans and support of strategic themes and key priorities within Product Supply Quality

  • Experience with DCS or other production systems would be an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience with legal requirements and GXP

You are a stakeholder management expert with a natural ability to motivate and negotiate in a structured and targeted manner. You can transform complex technical challenges and requirements into functional solutions by combining empathy, Automation- and IT knowledge. As a result, you have strong communication skills to discuss complex Automation- and IT issues with non-AIT colleagues. We anticipate that you will bring knowledge and understanding of implementing and deploying (DD&IT) Digital, Data & IT systems/programs and be prepared to set guidelines to ensure standardization and harmonization in how we do this.

This position requires strong commitment and the ability to make decisions and adapt to changing priorities with ease in a fast-paced and consensus-driven environment. In addition, you have a structured, proactive mindset that helps you identify issues and further opportunities. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken is required; Knowledge of Danish will be a strong asset.
