Then you might be our new HS Supporter in Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) Finished Products in Kalundborg, Denmark.
The position
Your primary area of responsibility will be to closely collaborate with our HS Partner in the area, to ensure effective overview of work environment and outstanding issues.
This entails the responsibility for making sure that all gathered data is presented in a timely and accurate manner, as well as all decisions are being made properly, based on your presentation.
Furthermore, you will:
• Support and be the link between work environment representatives and the associate managers.
• Participate in mapping and risk assessment of working environment conditions including participating in the WPA work.
• Collaborate with all employees and managers in the area to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
You will work mostly on production areas with the daily dialogues with various stakeholders, to focus on establishing professional relationships fast and effectively.
Qualifications
• You have a burning interest in Health and Safety
• You have 2-3 years of work experience within the Health and Safety area in a regulated industry.
• You have experience in planning, presenting data, and supporting key stakeholders on different levels of seniority and you feel comfortable with new technologies and computer usage, as well as you are familiar with MS Office products.
• You are fluent in both English and Danish
• You can communicate in a convincing and confident way
• You have experience with securing design in new workplaces so that they are safe as well as experience in assessing risks in work functions.
Moreover, you have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with business-oriented mindset and flair for project work. You have positive attitude towards change and strong collaboration skills, which will be essential in this position. It is considered an advantage if you have experience or knowledge with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

BRD Finished Products Kalundborg is part of our largest production complex in Novo Nordisk. Here we are app. 500 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. The division is divided into 6 departments consisting of formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly, and packaging. We rely on our stabile/well-run/best-in-class packaging department and our newly established high-tech and high-volume filling facility. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. We drive change by working actively with LEAN and always looking for improvements within our processes but also in the way we work together to make our products reach as many patients as possible.

The position as EHS supporter is based in the division Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD), which is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply – a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products for Rare Diseases, but also using our competences in Biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
