The position
As a Cleaning Validation Process Scientist,you will participate in project activities for investigating design, constructability, schedule and cost for a potential new fermentation, recovery, purification and drying facilities. The key design principle will be to implement the best-in-class design standards from other facilities.
The main responsibilities include:
You will take an active part in a competent user organisation, integrating with engineering partners, and collaborating with contractors while supervising their activities. In this role, it will be crucial to manage project risks proactively, develop standards to ensure structure and transparency, help us keep the team focused on implementing known solutions, as well as developing new design solutions where relevant.
We are open to adjusting the tasks and the level of the position to your experience.

The position

- design review
- test and documentation
- validation of CIP (Cleaning-in-Place)
You will take an active part in a competent user organisation, integrating with engineering partners, and collaborating with contractors while supervising their activities. In this role, it will be crucial to manage project risks proactively, develop standards to ensure structure and transparency, help us keep the team focused on implementing known solutions, as well as developing new design solutions where relevant.
We are open to adjusting the tasks and the level of the position to your experience.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have:
- Experience (at least 3 years) within Good Manufacturing Practice and ideally Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturing.
- Minimum a bachelor’s level education in chemistry, pharmaceutical process engineering, or similar.
- Some knowledge about technology trends within bulk manufacturing.
- Full professional English proficiency (verbal and written).
- It would be advantageous if you have knowledge and experience related to design review and validation of CIP.
