The position
In this role you will lead different projects in the Future AP Cleanroom program and support our specialists and aseptic productions across Novo Nordisk. The program supports our process of Manage GxP for regulated facilities, which sets the requirements to operate, and maintain facilities and the environment used for manufacturing, especially in the aseptic production. The Future AP Cleanroom program has been established to have clear and global innovation and development roadmap for the current and future cleanrooms. Your main responsibilities will be focused on:
• Leading one or more projects in the portfolio to ensure development and global implementation
• Working in close collaboration with various stakeholders including your colleagues in manufacturing development, production sites and external collaborators
• Making a difference for our teams in production by supporting them in their local implementation of solutions in accordance with GMP regulations • Being part of a team that is working on finding innovation solutions to our current challenges and future opportunities within our aseptic production cleanrooms The projects are not investment projects in the classical way, and all have different levels of complexity both in development and implementation. They will require stakeholder engagement and you will need to have an understanding of the both the impact the project and its implementation will have on production but also keep an eye on the benefits that it will bring.
Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have:
• A master’s degree in engineering, Pharmacy, microbiology, chemistry or similar technical background
• At least, 3 years of experience with project management in a regulated environment and a wide range of business experience
• Proven track record of implementing cross organisational projects including organisational change management (OCM)
• Handle complex workflows with few or no defined procedures in place
• Fully proficient in both written and spoken English, while Danish is an advantage As a person, you are ambitious, embrace changes and you are politically savvy, enabling you to build trusting relationships across organisational levels and influence the organization by leveraging on your informal leadership skills. You have strong business acumen and can speak technical and business. You are sharp at interacting with senior level managers, and you are recognised as a strong collaborator and facilitator. It is an advantage if you have experience within aseptic production.

Manufacturing Development is a part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) with a team of over 650 colleagues working together to optimize and develop processes across six global production sites. Our field of work broadly covers the area also known as MSAT (Manufacturing, Science, and Technology). We bring value to our patients by driving innovation for the entire BRD, working with Industry 4.0, new technologies, biotechnology, and developing processes for both existing and future products.
