The Position As a Building Utility Technician/Engineer, you will be responsible for the building utility systems in new factories based on Novo Nordisk guidelines for facilities, people flow, and building layout. Additionally, tasks include coordinating with consultants on fire safety. Part of this role will involve being part of the team that obtains bids, negotiates, and subsequently follows up on orders placed with suppliers and installers. You will need to ensure that housekeeping tasks are performed according to applicable GMP rules. Given the numerous challenges, a positive spirit is expected to help contribute to our collective success. Your main focus will be on: the firefighting systems
the hot and cold water installations
building drainage, sprinkler systems and other facility related systems
rainwater systems and building heating systems
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have: a bachelor’s degree in building construction or similar
experience of working as a building constructor or experienced craftsman
hands-on experience with building utility systems, commercial building projects and GMP environments
fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
