The position
As HVAC/ Environmental Professional, you will play a key role in the environmental support of an API production, help set direction in the environmental team, and become the go-to person. You will be working on projects to implement new regulations for the API production (Annex 1) and the upcoming facility upgrade project in our cultivation part of the production (re-build of our production).
Other responsibilities include: Assist and advice colleagues in their daily responsibilities. Handle deviations, systematic problem solving, change requests, validations etc. Participate in setting direction in the team and delivering training. The potential to work on upcoming new facility projects in our department. Qualifications:
Your experiences include: A degree in Engineering or other pharma related education. 3+ years within HVAC and/ or environmental support within pharma or a GMP environment. Experience with writing deviations, change requests, risk assessments, process verification reports etc. Experience with validation and/ or driving and executing on projects is advantageous. Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English. As a person you have a problem solving and “can do” mindset with drive for improvement and execution. You have great communication skills which supports coaching and guiding less experienced colleagues and building relations cross functionally. About the department Biotech and Rare Disease BRD API is part of Novo Nordisk, which delivers products for the treatment of rare disease such as haemophilia and growth hormone disorders. Our department covers the entire value chain from fermentation of product in the host cell, over column purification to finished freeze-dried product. We are around 130 people collaborating across seven different teams consisting of operators, technicians, IT and academics. You will join our Environment and Utility team, where you will have 11 immediate collaboration partners with both technical and academic backgrounds. Our areas of responsibility are WFI, HVAC, cleaning, gowning and environmental monitoring and classification of production areas. We are facing a future with increased demand for our products, increased requirements for our production environment. Thus, we are working on upgrading our facilities as well as a building a new seeding laboratory, why we are looking for an experienced employee that can help driving projects, mentor less experienced colleagues and be part of an exciting future with many possibilities for growth and development.
