As a Process Supporter, you will play a key role in the environmental support of an API production. You will help set the direction for the environmental team and become the go-to person for our stakeholders. Additionally, you will be working on projects to implement new regulations for the API production (Annex 1) and other relevant projects.
Other responsibilities include: Assist and advice colleagues in their daily responsibilities Handle deviations, systematic problem solving, change requests, validations etc Participate in setting direction in the team and delivering training You will be welcomed into a supportive team and a flexible place to work, where you will be empowered and given the scope to help set direction, drive projects, and provide guidance to colleagues.
As a Process Supporter, you will be part of a team of 8 employees who have different responsibilities within cleaning and environmental support. Professionalism is key, and we work with a strong can-do attitude regarding solving our challenges. Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you have: A relevant academic degree in natural science, biology, microbiology, or similar Experience working in a GMP regulated area Preferably, experience within Production Environmental Monitoring System (PEMS) and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Knowledge of LEAN is an advantage Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Danish As an individual, you possess a "can do" and problem-solving mindset with a drive for improvement and execution. You can work independently and thrive when driving initiatives with a forward-thinking outlook. While you enjoy collaborating, learning, and sharing information with others, you are driven by achieving great results with colleagues. Also, you are able to remain calm and focused when deadlines are approaching. Additionally, you have outstanding communication and collaboration skills, which allow you to interact effectively with stakeholders across various functions and parts of the organization. API Denmark is part of BRD. At our sites in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg, we are more than 600 colleagues working together to manufacture the API used in life-saving medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced chemical and biotechnological processes such as cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying. We bring value to our patients by providing the cleanest possible high-quality API made in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) while constantly optimising our processes.
