About the department
PPV Business Support department is composed today by different teams (Automation & IT, Training, Quality, EHS and Project Support) and work as OneTeam, playing a key role in the Operational Readiness for the biggest API (insulin) factory in the world.
Our key role is evolving from supporting the project organization towards becoming operation and finally operate the supporting areas. You can expect not to be bored and growth opportunities.
This position is part of the Quality team, where we have a group of highly skilled, experienced and committed people that care not only about what we are creating but creating in a manner we are proud of by being proactive, building trust, respect and striving for same goals while having fun in an open and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and run board meetings, workshops and any related activity needed to ensure the timely delivery of the Mater Plan
- Proactively engage and follow up with stakeholders that have an impact on the necessary documentation for PPV Operational Readiness and PPV Operations
- Proactively seek for knowledge and apply it to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Perform process confirmation of operations, where responsible for supporting execution
- Perform the needed administrative tasks related to activities and filing of documents, ensuring inspection readiness of own area of responsibility and participate in inspections
Qualifications
To Succeed in this role you:
- Hold an academic or technical degree.
- Have relevant experience of pharma production or similar.

- Are good at communicating and cooperate with different stakeholders.
- Can communicate, follow up and reach goals.
- Can set challenging goals for own area which constantly improves the business.
- You are independent, innovative, and proactive
