The position

As our new Associate Manager you will be part of our Purification Plan in Kalundborg, which one of our API facility producing products for patients around the world.

You will be heading up a team of 18 dedicated people and be responsible for our Finance, Procurement, Facility management, Logistics & Warehouse and Release team in our factory.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage the factory budget and finance processes incl. project controlling.
  • Manage our procurement processes.
  • Coordinate our release processes across our four factories to ensure timely release.
  • Warehouse management and logistics incl. short- and long-term raw material forecasting.
  • Facility management.

As an Associate Manager, daily team leadership will be a large part of your responsibility. You will be setting the direction for the team – making sure goals are both ambitious and realistic – as well as driving performance, personal development, and high levels of engagement. In addition, you will be a part of the leadership team in PP Business Support.

Qualifications

To succeed in the position:

  • You may hold a master’s degree within Supply & Logistics, Planning or Financial Management, or you have a background matching the outlined responsibility areas based on experience.
  • You are an experienced leader with strong analytical skills and demonstrate good leadership.
  • Professional proficiency in oral and written English is a prerequisite, Danish is an advantage.

As a person, you are proactive and a fast learner. As a leader, you are inclusive and can motivate and develop your team in a challenging environment. You form trustful relations with ease and enjoy employing your excellent communication skills to unfold complex issues to colleagues and partners.

About the department

You will be a part of a Business Support department in one of our production facilities in Kalundborg, Denmark. The department is app. 90 highly engaged employees divided in 4 different teams. The department is supporting the productions within supply chain, finance, warehousing, training, document handling, IT management and project management.

Our main goal is to support our four factories with the best possible business support. We are working closely together with our other business support functions across the areas.
