The position
We offer an exciting opportunity to drive the IFP ManDev Development Academy, which is a new initiative designed as a 1-year learning journey for newly graduated Professionals within engineering, natural sciences and life sciences to kick-start their careers within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Your key responsibilities will be to drive and improve the programme, incl. recruitment, joint onboarding and training programme, rotations in IFP ManDev/sites as well as ensuring future job opportunities. It is expected that 10 Professionals are recruited twice per year.
On a day-to-day basis, the 20 Professionals are working in host departments, who are responsible for day-to-day tasks, but you are overall responsible for their professional and personal development as well as wellbeing and engagement throughout the year.
When time allows it, you will also be involved with strategic initiatives related to organisational development across the IFP ManDev and other strategic initiatives driven by IFP ManDev Business Support.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
• Master’s degree e.g. within business administration, human resource management, engineering or other relevant degree
• Some years of leadership experience and/or have proven yourself as a strong project manager
• Good communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders across the organisation
As a leader, you are highly structured and able to independently and efficiently execute on activities to ensure onboarding of 10 professionals twice per year. Your intercultural skills help you to create an engaging work environment where continuous learning is the key to success.
About the department
Currently, Novo Nordisk is on an exciting journey to maximise and expand our production capacity to ensure delivery of high quality injectable medicines to our patients. As a part of Product Supply, Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development (ManDev) plays a big role in this journey. IFP ManDev supports our global production sites by optimising current and developing future manufacturing of injectables while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. The area employs +600 employees and your main place of work will be in Bagsværd in the Greater Copenhagen area. The position is anchored in IFP ManDev Business Support, which consists of +55 dedicated employees.
