As our new Program Director, you can look forward to an exciting role where you will be responsible for supporting the strategic ramp up programme of FP in Kalundborg.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Identify opportunities for improvements to ramp up of the value chain together with relevant stakeholders, e.g., Manufacturing Development (MDEV)
• Create and lead strategic initiatives across the value chain
• Be one point of entry to initiatives that have an impact across the Fill and Finish (FF) value chain, e.g., implementation of new products and technologies
• Coach and guide the local project managers
• Lead and challenge project scope and ensure alignment across departments to get an effective support
• Give constructive support and communicate in a compelling and motivating way
You will be the one representing the cross functional FF value chain in our Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) FP Kalundborg management team and report to the Corporate Vice President of BRD FP. Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our management team because you have:
• At least, 5 years of experience as Project Manager or Program Director. This experience enables you to lead and challenge project scope, goals, deliverables, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry related to GMP and medical production
• Solid knowledge with AP/FP processes and equipment combined with a strong knowledge of an aseptic production setup • A MSc within Life Science or Engineering
• Professional proficiency in English. Danish would be an advantage

You know the importance of building strategic networks with internal and external stakeholders and therefore value close collaboration with them and finding solutions that will benefit all parties. Finished Products site Kalundborg is part of BRD. At our site in Kalundborg, we are more than 650 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with GMP in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in the latest technology.
